Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist… Is it worth it??

Hi Guys!!

So ever since Kim Kardashians makeup artist posted that she used this dewy skin mist on her, everyone and their momma wanted it (including myself!!) When it comes to beauty products i am sad to admit that i am easily influenced!!

I personally do not like it for a few reasons!!

  1. The smell is awful
  2. It made my combo skin overly shiny (like greaseball central)
  3. Its not cheap, and does not last long (it is 1.35 oz for $58 Canadian — compared to MACS prep & prime that is 3.4 oz and costs $26 Canadian)

Here’s a few things that i do like about it:

  1. The packaging is stunning. It comes in a beautiful box and the bottle is glass with a purple ombre effect. This brand certainly is on the high end side of beauty products.
  2. It is formulated without parabens, sulfates & phthalates (but i feel most products these days are)

To me this isnt worth it at all. The smell really got to me!

BUT if you have dry skin, this mist will probably do your skin wonders!! Or if you like to collect pretty beauty products…get it!! The bottle is gorgeous and definitely display worthy.

I hope this helps you decide if you need this mist in your life, or if you’ll save your $$$ for the next product that goes viral!

  1. I have dry skin and I love it! But I find if I spray too much it can even make me look a tad oily…so I can definitely understand if it didn’t work for you since you have combo skin!
